At first, I thought he could be one of those frauds in the name of agents to get you a comfortable apartment. It was too good to be true especially having been frauded by an agent claiming to lease an apartment. He was willing to get on a video call with me without me asking. He showed all his certificates and registration profiles. When my deposit didn't get through because of issue with revolut, flagging his account to be scam, he was open to the option of me paying on arrival. That's when I was completely convinced he was legit. Housing authority submission approved within 2 weeks and he assisted with notary even though it's not his place to do so. I give him 5 stars and I highly recommend Marley!
