Responsibilities:
- Source and develop client relationships to assist in buying, selling, or renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients
- Provide professional advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal guidelines
- Stay informed on the latest property listings and market developments
- Maintain an independent client database and manage your sales pipeline
- Work on your own schedule while collaborating with our team for support and resources
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is advantageous, but not required
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Comfortable using real estate platforms and online tools
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
