Hules Rules: Cleanliness, Kitchen & Maintenance Guide
A well-maintained home makes all the difference to your stay—and to everyone sharing the space. These guidelines are here to help you enjoy a clean, hygienic, and stress-free environment every day.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
We kindly ask all residents to take responsibility for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness:
-
Keep your room, apartment, and shared spaces clean and hygienic at all times
-
Dispose of rubbish correctly and according to the official collection schedule.
Schedule can be found here. -
Avoid leaving food uncovered or outside, as this can quickly attract pests.
-
If pest control is required due to negligence, the cost will be charged to the responsible tenant.
A little daily effort goes a long way in keeping the space fresh and pleasant for everyone.
Kitchen & Shared Areas
The kitchen is a shared space—please treat it with care and respect:
-
Always leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use
-
Dispose of waste properly and only on designated collection days
-
Ensure fridge and freezer doors are fully closed after use
-
When cooking, use proper ventilation (extractor fans or open windows) to prevent odours and moisture build-up
-
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors
Keeping the kitchen clean ensures a better experience for everyone using it.
Shared Responsibility
We all share the responsibility of creating a clean and comfortable living space. By following these simple guidelines, you help ensure a better experience for yourself and everyone around you.
