Enjoying Outdoor Spaces Responsibly
Outdoor spaces are meant to be enjoyed—whether you’re relaxing, getting fresh air, or unwinding after a long day. To ensure these areas remain safe, clean, and respectful for everyone, we ask all residents to follow the guidelines below.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking and vaping are only permitted in outdoor areas
- Please always use proper ashtrays
- Ensure all cigarette butts and ash are fully extinguished and disposed of properly
Keeping the area clean and safe is everyone’s responsibility.
Safety First
- BBQs are not permitted in any outdoor areas
- Do not move indoor furniture outside, as it may get damaged or create hazards
Drainage & Maintenance
- Regularly check and clear outdoor drain filters, especially before and after rainfall
- This helps prevent water build-up and potential flooding into the property
Respect the Space
- Do not hang clothes on railings or in visible outdoor areas
- Keep all outdoor spaces tidy and free from litter
Respect for Neighbours
- Be mindful of noise levels at all times especially between 10pm-8am.
- Avoid shouting or causing disturbances, especially during evenings and early mornings
A peaceful environment benefits everyone in the building. If noise levels are high on a frequent basis, the police may get involved so please be respectful of your neighbors.
Responsibility & Damages
Please note that tenants are fully responsible for any damage caused to outdoor areas due to misuse or negligence.
Shared Responsibility
Outdoor areas are shared spaces meant for everyone to enjoy. By following these simple guidelines, you help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
