For emergencies such as water leaks, power outages, or lost keys, please call us immediately. -
Lost keys
Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee. -
Internet issues
If your connection isn’t working, let us know and we’ll assist promptly. While important, internet disruptions are not considered emergencies.
Our Approach to Your Stay
Your privacy is very important to us. We aim to give you complete freedom to enjoy your space without interruptions, and we do not enter the apartment during your stay.
However, in the rare event of a reported disturbance—such as unauthorized parties or noise complaints—we reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice to resolve the issue and ensure the comfort of the surrounding community.
