Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily office operations and provide support to agents and staff.
– Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
– Coordinate and maintain office equipment and supplies.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
– Organize meetings, handle incoming communications, and maintain files and databases.
– Support the management team in creating a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
– Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Office Supervisor or similar role.
– Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software (a plus).
